Welcome to 2012!
It gives me warm pleasure to welcome you formally to the year 2012. I believe that it is going to be a year filled with new grounds covered and achievements for you. Kindly permit my sending this now; I’ve been involved in series of round table discussions and strategic retreats with myself and family, my company Enlightened Media Ltd and other numerous commitments. However, this has not made me forget my loyal fans and protégés. (How could I?) In fact, it has opened my eyes to new and greater dimensions of wealth and happiness that we would be exploring together in this new year! …More to come on that shortly.
Following the just concluded labour strikes about the Nigerian government’s insensitivity and corruption, I quite agree and very much relate with the struggle on ground but believe me, this is going to be one long battle. While some of us were on the field crusading against the injustices, some of us were at different fora negotiating with the power brokers. The good news is that it should give birth to a new generation of leaders who would be conscious of posterity and become accountable to God and the people they are leading. I am glad to be part of this because we shall soon witness responsible and vibrant leaders who will chart a new course of development in our nation’s history. As we sheath our swords for further dialogue and move for series of policy changes now, it is my opinion that we also live our lives based on vision and personal convictions than as a reaction.
I want to thank you especially for your calls, mails and sms sent and comments about our products and services. I hereby make a commitment that in this new year, seeing that you get out of any embarrassing financial situation shall be my utmost concern.
